A replacement is not a catalogue purchase. We calculate the heat load, choose the system accordingly and take care of installation, commissioning and disposal of the old system.

A new system rarely consists of the appliance alone: there is also the hot water cylinder, safety group, shut-off valves and the connection to the existing distribution. What needs to be renewed and what can stay is clarified during the survey — not only during installation.
What a replacement includes.
On-site survey, heat load calculation, a quote with two to three options, installation, commissioning with flue gas measurement and registration with the chimney sweep, instruction and proper disposal of the old system including proof.
Installation usually takes one to two days. We tell you beforehand how long you will probably be without heating or hot water and plan the date accordingly.
Decommissioning and disposal of oil tanks is subject to the specialist company requirement under WHG/AwSV — we clarify this case by case beforehand.
