Our service area: Leipzig and around 30 kilometres beyond.
We deliberately keep our area small. Short distances are easier to plan.

Your town is not listed but nearby? Ask anyway — for larger jobs we also travel a little further. For short repairs, the journey is often not worthwhile, and we will tell you so.
How we schedule appointments.
Evenings and FridaysAppointments Mon–Thu from 5 pm, Fri 8 am–1 pm or by arrangement, Sat by arrangement — with a specific time window, not a whole day.
Arriving preparedWe clarify the appliance type, year and error code beforehand — so we arrive with a picture of the system, not just to take a look.
Travel costsCharged according to travel time and kilometres driven to the job — so different for every customer depending on the distance.
