What we need at first contact.
- Manufacturer and type designation from the label on the appliance
- Year of manufacture, if readable
- Error code or what the display shows
- Since when the problem has existed
- Whether heating, hot water or both are affected
- Whether the system has been repaired before
A photo of the label and the display helps more than any description — just upload it in the form.
Invoice in euros. Payment in Bitcoin, too.
5% discount for payment in Bitcoin
Why we offer this: with a Bitcoin payment, nobody stands between you and us. There are no acquirer or card fees, no chargeback risk and no payment term we have to pre-finance. We pass this cost advantage on as a discount — just as other businesses grant a cash discount for prepayment.
The discount applies to all payments in Bitcoin, with no minimum amount. It is shown on the invoice as a price reduction; VAT is calculated on the reduced amount.
No Bitcoin yet?
For a Bitcoin payment you need your own Bitcoin wallet and enough Bitcoin.
As examples of freely available open-source wallets, you can look at BlueWallet for smartphones or Electrum for desktop systems.
If you do not own any Bitcoin yet, you can find out about the various ways to buy it yourself. An overview of several Bitcoin exchanges and brokers with information on fees, features and other properties can be found, for example, at Blocktrainer (in German).

When paying, you do not have to calculate the Bitcoin amount yourself. Our self-hosted BTCPay Server automatically shows the Bitcoin amount that corresponds to the outstanding euro invoice amount at the time of payment. You pay the invoice conveniently on your PC or phone — on the device on which your wallet is set up.
Note: The wallets, provider overviews and external websites mentioned are for general information only. Seidel SHK does not sell or broker Bitcoin, does not recommend any particular exchange or provider and does not provide investment or crypto-asset advice. The choice and use of a wallet and the decision whether, where and on what terms to acquire Bitcoin lie solely with the customer. Seidel SHK receives no remuneration or commission for the links.
All other payment methods remain unchanged: bank transfer after invoice, or cash on site if you wish. Nobody pays more because they pay differently — the discount is a cost advantage passed on, not a surcharge on the other methods.
